Immediate Reservation Confirmations!

We have now moved to an advanced reservation program for both our properties (Hycroft Suites and Granville House B&B), and our system is always up to date since our reservations are now taken online for instant confirmation!

When you check availability for one property you can see what we have for both locations allowing our guests to decide what will work best for them, especially during our busy times when we may not be able to accommodate at one location.

Weekly rates (yes, we offer them year round!) are also available at both properties, and they are shown on this form allowing you to see the total. Monthly rates are not shown, just email us regarding the rates for such longer bookings.

Reservations by phone cannot be confirmed immediately, as we need to be at our computer to enter it. Until reserved online the suite can be booked at any time by another guest. To ensure getting the suite you want we highly recommend you reserve online.

New option of declining the breakfast basket

We understand that some guests prefer to take care of their own breakfast needs.

We now offer the option of declining the welcome breakfast basket, and deduct $40 flat off of your total, you will now find this option on our reservation form and your rate will be adjusted automatically.

Oak Suite - New!

Like the Granville Suite? Try the new Oak Suite, exact same layout except the master bedroom (with a king bed, with memory foam in the pillowtop) is smaller (but with a gas fireplace!), and there is a third bedroom with double bed. The second bedroom is the same as the Granville, with a deck entrance, and a king Sealy Posturepedic bed with a plush feather bed on this one!

With high end stainless appliances, hardwood floors on main level, and slate floors up, this suite is stunning!

Same policies and rates apply as the Granville Suite.
