Hycroft Suites Policies

Granville House B&B and Hycroft B&B Suites are small B&Bs with a limited number of rooms. Due to our size and the fact that we do not overbook like large hotels, cancellations and changes made to arrival and departure dates affect us significantly.

Please read and understand our cancellation policy:

• All cancellations are subject to a minimum $25 administration charge per room.
• Reservations of 1 to 2 room nights canceled within 7 to 14 days will have a one-night administration charge per room.
• Reservations of 3 to 6 room nights canceled within 7 to 14 days will have a 50% administration charge per room.
• Reservations of 7 nights or longer canceled within 30 to 7 days will have a 50% administration charge per room.
• All cancellations within 7 days of your anticipated arrival will be charged the full amount of your stay.
• 50% deposit is required at booking, with balance due 30 days prior to check in.
• We suggest you contact your travel agent for Trip Cancellation Insurance in the event of unforeseen changes to your plans. We do not charge for rooms when occupancy is filled.

• Extra persons may be accommodated at a rate of $25 per person for the Granville House B&B, and Hycroft B&B Suites. Please note that this charge will apply when any additional beds are used.
• All rates are quoted on double occupancy, with the exception of the Hycroft B&B Rome & Paris Suites, which rates are quoted on quadruple occupancy.
• Granville House B&B: All rooms contain one king bed. The Birch and Dogwood Suites do not contain a sofa bed and are not suitable for more then 2 persons. The Alder, Cedar & Elm Suites do contain a queen sofa bed and would be suitable for more then 2 persons.
• Hycroft B&B Suites: The Madrid and Monaco Suites contain one queen bed, one sofa bed and a cot and would be suitable for up to 6 people. The Paris and Rome Suites each contain 2 king beds in separate bedrooms, as well as a queen sofa bed and cot and would also be suitable for up to 7 people. The Rome Suite has a 3rd small bedroom with a double bed and would be our largest room capable of sleeping 4 couples and one single for a total of 9 people.

• Hycroft B&B Suite is family friendly and is recommended for families traveling with children under 14 years of age that would like to book with us. Please be considerate of our other guests and observe the City of Vancouver 11pm Noise Curfew Bylaw.
   
• Granville House B&B is an Adult Oriented Bed & Breakfast where guests come to experience a peaceful & tranquil visit. Unfortunately the presence of young children, toddlers and infants is not conductive to this experience most often resulting in disappointment and discomfort for everyone involved. Young Adults 14+ are welcome at the Granville House B&B and the Hycroft B&B Suites.

• Pets are not permitted inside the Granville House B&B or the Hycroft B&B Suites as we guarantee our rooms to be free of any pet related allergens. If you are traveling with a pet and would like to stay at any of our properties, please consider one of the pet boarding services in our area such as www.LoveOnALeash.ca (778-552-1301), Waggers Doggie Daycare (604-263-6615) or www.Dogcity.ca (604-733-0012). Vancouver is home to a great number of excellent B&B's including several who are pet oriented and will provide a fabulous B&B experience for you.  Smoking

•  Granville House B&B and Hycroft B&B Suites are entirely smoke free properties.
