  • 50% deposit is due at time of booking (minimum 1 night).

  • Cardholder signatures are due at check in, with receipts found in room.
  • For your security, we do not accept cash or cheques.
  • Stay Today bookings will be required to meet host with chip authorized credit card and ID.
  • We reserve the right to request credit card & photo identification used for booking.


Hycroft Suites (and Granville House B&B) are small accommodations with a limited number of rooms. Due to our size and the fact that we do not overbook like large hotels, cancellations and changes made to arrival and departure dates affect us significantly. Please read and understand our Rack Rate cancellation policy:

  • No-Shows will be charged the full amount of the stay.
  • No refunds for 1 to 6 room nights canceled within 14 days of arrival.
  • No refunds for 7 nights or longer canceled within 30 days of arrival.
  • Even when no refund is due, a refund maybe applied if the unit is resold.
  • Cancellation Fee of 10% ($50 minimum) is applicable on all cancellations.
  • Some promotions have a no refund or cancellation policy. See Booking Confirmation for details.
  • If a booking is based on an incorrect rate, we will contact you to correct the rate or cancel the reservation.


  • Each suite is assigned one dedicated on site parking spot during stay.
  • 4 on site parking spots are located on the south side of property.
  • From west to east, assignment is Madrid, Rome, Paris, Monaco.
  • We recommend guests register vehicle with host.
  • Please notify host of unauthorized vehicle in your parking spot.
  • We will attempt to locate driver before calling the tow truck.
  • Unauthorized vehicles will be removed at owners expense.
  • There is free street parking on West 15th Avenue, out front.


  • Unique Time Sensitive Door Codes are emailed after cancellation period, with subject line "Suite Entry".
  • Your Door Code is only active during your stay. Please remember your code.
  • Check In is at your unit. There is no front desk. Door Codes work after 4pm.
  • Host Check In: Contact host when ready & we will endeavour to greet you.
  • Self Check In: Use Door Code provided after 4pm check in time.
  • Check In Receipts will be in suite. Merchant Copies must be signed & returned to front mailbox upon arrival.
  • Please contact host when signed receipts are ready for front mailbox pickup.
  • Failure to return signed Check In Receipts to front mailbox upon arrival may result in disruption of service.
  • Refusal to sign Check In Receipts will result in eviction.


  • Early Check In: Please contact host. We cannot hold luggage if suite is not available.
  • Late Check In: Please consider Self Check In with Door Code provided.


  • Early Check Out: Please understand you are responsible for all booked nights.
  • Late Check Out: Please contact host. We cannot hold luggage if suite is not available.
  • A fee may apply for late Check Out not pre-arranged with host.


  • A registered guest list must be provided prior to check in.
  • Please provide first & last name of ALL registered guests to host.
  • Please update your registered guest list to host ASAP as needed.
  • ONLY registered guests may be onsite during Quiet Time (10pm to 10am).
  • ONLY registered guests may sleep at Hycroft Suites.


  • $25/night Extra Person charge is applicable beyond quadruple occupancy for Paris or Rome Townhome (maximum occupancy is 6 people).
  • Please note Monaco or Madrid Master Suite maximum occupancy is 4 people.
  • Extra Person charges ARE NOT applicable to Half & Full House Specials.
  • Your reservation is for the specified number of guests. Please advise us ASAP if this number changes.
  • Violation of specified number of guests will result in $100/night Extra Person charge for ALL nights &/or eviction.


  • Maximum Occupancy is determined by beds, which may require 2 people per bed.
  • Maximum Occupancy is outlined in /Suites /Compare.
  • Violation of Maximum Occupancy will result in a fine &/or eviction.


  • Normal hotel cleaning is included after check out.
  • Longer stays receive weekly tidy & bedding change.
  • Longer stays receive weekly towel change in Master Suites only
  • Guests are bound by Vancouver's strict garbage, composting & recycling laws
  • Guest are responsible for returning all Garbage, Composting & Recyling to bins provided
  • Black Lid Garbage Bins: Appropriate garbage in tied bags (provided) only
  • Green Lid Yard Trimmings Bins: Appropriate composting items only please
  • Blue Recycling Bins: Appropriate, clean plastic/glass/aluminum recycling items
  • Yellow (Paper Products) & Blue (Newsprint) Bags: Appropriate recycling items
  • Inappropriate Garbage, Yard Trimming or Recycling subject to labour fee
  • Civic Fines are the responsibility of offending guest(s)
  • Please report broken glasses & china to avoid replacement charge.
  • Please leave kitchen as you found it to avoid additional charges.
  • Please contact host to arrange for additional cleaning services.
  • Abnormal Cleaning labour will be billed at $50 per hour.
  • Glasses & fridge provided in all suites.
  • Moderate drinking is permitted.
  • Please drink responsibly.
  • Hycroft Suites is very Family Friendly and accepts children of all ages.


  • All suites are no pets suites unless assistant dogs with proper documentation.
  • Pet violation will result in a $250 Cleaning Fee billed to your account & immediate eviction.
  • Traveling pets may consider or Waggers Dog Care.


  • Please respect our Shoes-Off policy, as this keeps noise & dirt to a minimum.
  • No running inside.
  • Please be considerate of others.


  • All suites are non smoking suites.
  • Smoking violation will result in a $250 Cleaning Fee billed to your account & immediate eviction.
  • Tampering with smoke detectors is a criminal offence and subject to fines &/or immediate eviction.

QUIET TIME (10pm-10am)

  • In an effort to provide a pleasant time for all guests, Quiet Time is from 10pm-10am.
  • The City of Vancouver Noise Bylaw is also in effect from 10pm-10am.
  • ONLY registered guests may be onsite during Quiet Time (10pm to 10am).
  • Quiet Time violation may result in a minimum $100 fine &/or eviction.
  • Please be considerate of others.


  • We prefer that you don't leave items behind, but know from our own traveling that it does happen. If you have lost something somewhere along your trip, give us a call and if it is in our lost and found box, we will gladly mail it back to you for the cost of postage and a $10 handling fee.


  • Any reservations made under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, and the party will not be permitted to check in and/or the party will be required to vacate the property. All additional charges and payment will be the responsibility of the guest should they need to move to another property.
  • $100 fine for leaving any door open after check out.
  • $250 fine &/or eviction for tampering with smoke detectors.
  • Items removed &/or damaged will result in replacement &/or service charge.
  • Furniture moved from designated area will result in a service charge.
  • We prosecute theft to the fullest extent of the law after immediate eviction.
  • Hycroft Suites reserves the right to interrupt or refuse service to any customer.
  • Guests are reminded they are responsible for theft or damages resulting from leaving doors open.


  • Hycroft Suites provides many amenities at no extra cost, many more than hotels, motels & most all of our self-catered competition. As such, from time to time, some of these amenities maybe lost, broken, stolen or under repair. Our policy is to locate, fix, replace or repair as needed, as soon as possible. Please understand that we do not offer discounts to your stay for ammenities not available during these times. In effect the suite rate is for the accommodations, while all of our considerable amenities are free. For more information, please see /Amenities.
  • If you treat Hycroft Suites like your home, it will feel like home. If you can not, please stay somewhere else.
